Conditioner – “Terms of Surrender”

This animated video for Conditioner was directed by Cady Buche and Travis Barron of Unlimited Time Only, and it explores two very different stories at the same time. According to the band the song is about surrendering to love but it is also about a young person falling into a cult. “I think the song is about two things at once – a celebration of acceptance of love, and a warning about fully losing touch with yourself. Really falling in love and building a life with someone requires that loss of independence – and that sacrifice is beautiful.”
