Great portrait of 22-year-old dancer Mikiel Bruce by London-based art director duo Amber Rimell and Bronski aka TAWBOX. The first episode of the 1WRD series of shorts that explore one dancer with one word, “Misunderstood” sees Mikiel open up about living with autism and how dance has helped him feel free in a chaotic world. Throughout the piece Mikiel challenges the definition of ‘normal’ and shares his story as a way of spreading positivity and encouraging others to follow their passions.
