A wonderful documentary short about the stories that too often go untold by director Bradley Tangonan (previously featured here). The latest film in Square’s For Every Kind of Dream series, “Forged in Flint” acknowledges the hardships — from boom to bust and water crisis — that led many people to leave the city for greener pastures, while ultimately shining a light on those who decided to stay and make their own pastures greener.
