“We wanted to capture a new take on queer Australiana. What we created was a 2019 blend of Mad Max and Priscilla Queen of the Desert. We follow Conor and his friends in the desert as the journey takes an unexpected turn. The party continues in a shipping container and comes to a dramatic end out at sea.”
