Alex Boeschenstein is an interdisciplinary artist rooted in the traditions of drawing and printmaking. Since 2013, his practice has evolved to include video, digital collage, sculpture, 3D modeling and installation. In “Guided Tour,” the second video — which will be projected onto the windows of Hybrid during the month of March — Alex uses a 3D model of the rental house he shares with his roommate. Drawing on the conventions and choreographed movements of real estate marketing videos, “Guided Tour” navigates a strange environment of imaginary destruction.
