Made in lieu of traditional ad spots to promote Berlin music festival Pop-Kultur, this mockumentary-style short film highlights the ridiculous world of banal rock memorabilia. Directed by Paul Kelly and featuring graphic designer Scott King, “Kurt’s Lighter” revolves around the story of how catching Kurt Cobain’s lighter at a Berlin gig back in 1989 turned King into the rebel he is today.
