Featuring contortion artist Jordana, “Ashes” presents a metaphorical take on the challenges of being queer, of always having to bend to fit societal norms, of the exhaustion of always having to perform, and of always having to adapt.
Directed and co-produced by Alex Podger, with cinematography by Ben Cotgrove and costumes styled by London Fashion Week’s grungy upcycler Chloe Baine and co-produced by the band’s Benjamin Yellowitz, “Ashes” is a collaboration of queer artists.
