Directed by Dumas Haddad, “After Midnight” is part music video and part short film, exploring the themes of Lola Young’s EP of the same name. Lola’s actual partner was cast in the film and is presented attempting to break through to her psyche. This is further emphasized through his vocals and sound design, whilst the glass between them represents him on the outside of her brain. Enjoy this journey through Lola’s emotional states in a single night.
