A fantastic collaboration between London-based musician Max Cooper and Irish filmmaker Kevin McGloughlin. Inspired by high-speed train rides and meditations our often distorted sensory experiences, “Resynthesis” is an exploration of time and space through an abstract collage of photography and realtime footage. Shot in Dublin as well as the county of Sligo in northwestern Ireland where McGloughlin is based, the video experiments with a series of 2- and 3-D manipulations and in-camera techniques.
