A fantastic DIY animation by Fraser Munden and Neil Rathbone of Montréal-based Thoroughbread Pictures. “The Chaperone” tells the true story of Ralph Whims, a teacher in the 1970s who confronted an unruly motorcycle gang while chaperoning a school dance.
