Premiere: Scaramanga Silk – “Life in the Faslow Lane”

A squiggly chalk drawing comes to life with delightfully terrifying results in the video for Scaramanga Silk’s track “Life In The Faslow Lane.” As director Andy Sowerby explains: “I wanted the video to feel funny, random and yet slightly disturbing.” The purposefully glitchy aesthetic of Mr Scribble (as he came to be known on set) was created using a mix of both in camera and post production effects. Check out some Behind The Scenes images and full credits below!

Animation: “Infinite Idol” by HOON

Redmond Brick aka HOON created both the visuals and the music in this experimental short animation. What you’re seeing is a 3D model with toon shaders, giving it the appearance of 2D, with a variety of effects over top. Can’t say we’ve seen anything quite like this.
