“Ten Meter Tower” by Axel Danielson & Maximilien Van Aertryck

A wonderful snapshot of human behaviour by documentary filmmakers Axel Danielson and Maximilien Van Aertryck from Gothenburg, Sweden. After placing an ad online for people who have never been on a 10-meter diving platform before, the directing duo paid 67 participants $30 to climb to the top of the tower, walk to the edge and decide whether or not to jump off.

“Groping the Light” by Kamil Bialous

A beautiful short film by our friend photographer Kamil Bialous. Shot during a three-week excursion along the coast of British Columbia, “Groping the Light” isn’t so much about sailing as it is the sense of calm that comes about as a result. Music from Andrew Bird’s Echolocations: Canyon.
