Jesse Woods – “Smoke Machine”

French illustrator/filmmaker Jérémy Pailler creates a series of hand-painted visuals for Jesse Woods’ track “Smoke Machine.” The shifting psychedelic imagery is part of Pailler’s effort to capture something of the creative process. As he explained to us:

“I thought about the Smoke Machine as a metaphor to express the complicated mind of an artist searching for new inspiration. I came up with the idea of a fantasy world made of stone and fog, where artists travel without knowing where they go, the general idea being that you find the best ideas and answers by losing yourself on the way.”

This video is one of many fantastic submissions we’ve received over the past week. Consider participating here if you have a project you’d like us to check out!
